Our Services
Three Services, One Consistent Approach
Each service is designed to address a specific point in a family's legal journey — drafted carefully, delivered with care.

Our Methodology
Listen First
We ask more questions than most practitioners. A thorough understanding of the family's situation — practically and emotionally — shapes everything that follows.
Draft with Precision
Documents are drafted to work in practice, not just on paper. We anticipate how arrangements will function over months and years, not just at the moment of signing.
Explain Clearly
Every document we produce is accompanied by a plain-language note for the family. Legal outcomes should be understood by the people they affect.
Service One
Co-Parenting Plan Drafting
A considered drafting service for families who have reached — or are working toward — an agreement on how to share parenting responsibilities. Attentive to the practical realities of the family's schedule and the child's daily life, the plan is drafted in clear English with an explanatory note included for the family's own records.
What Is Included
- Preparatory conversation with each parent, separately if preferred
- Drafting of the parenting plan in plain, court-ready English
- Brief explanatory note covering how to use and, if needed, enforce the plan
- One round of revisions following client review
Process Steps
- 1.Initial consultation to understand the family's situation and goals
- 2.Preparatory conversations with each parent (jointly or separately)
- 3.Draft plan delivered within 5–7 working days
- 4.Client review and revisions incorporated
- 5.Final plan and explanatory note delivered
Service Fee
฿2,100
Service Two
Custody Mediation
Facilitated mediation of custody and parental arrangements, typically conducted across two or three sessions. The engagement includes preparation, attendance, and drafting of any agreed terms — approached with steady patience and a careful attention to the child's interests and the family's emotional dynamic.
What Is Included
- Pre-mediation consultation with each parent separately
- Two to three facilitated mediation sessions
- Drafting of agreed custody terms following settlement
- Guidance on formalising arrangements through the Thai Family Court if desired
Process Steps
- 1.Separate preparatory meetings with each parent
- 2.First joint mediation session — framing the issues
- 3.Second (and if needed third) session — working toward agreement
- 4.Agreed terms drafted and reviewed by both parties
- 5.Final document signed and guidance on next steps
Service Fee
฿8,000
Service Three
International Custody Proceedings
Sustained representation in custody matters with a cross-border element. This includes coordination with foreign counsel, considered handling of Hague Convention questions where relevant, and full representation before the Thai Juvenile and Family Court. The engagement is led by a single senior advocate with a small dedicated team.
What Is Included
- Full legal representation before the Thai Juvenile and Family Court
- Direct coordination with qualified counsel in the foreign jurisdiction
- Hague Convention analysis and handling where applicable
- Preparation and filing of all required court documentation
- Senior advocate attendance at all hearings
Process Steps
- 1.Jurisdictional assessment and case strategy discussion
- 2.Engagement of foreign counsel where required
- 3.Preparation and filing of court papers in Thailand
- 4.Representation at hearings with regular client updates
- 5.Court order obtained and explained; cross-border enforcement guidance
